Introduction to EQ5141ZYS1

Dongfeng EQ5141ZYS1 rear compressing refuse collector is arc-shaped with good-looking in configuration. The capacity of container is 16m³, and rated load is 8 ton.  

This garbage truck is provided Italian hydraulic valve block, German Siemens module to make up of electric and hydraulic controlling system. It has three convenient and reliable operation ways: automatic operation, manual operation with electricity, manual operation. Comparing with the same internal and external industry, we have been in leading position in technology.  

Control panel is set in cab, making person not need to get off to operate. Sewage is collected by sewage sinks in front part as well as rear part of vehicle. Cover of sewage sink is easy to open and well-sealed. Horseshoe sealing strip is used in joint of filler and container, providing pre-pressed technology to avoid out leaking of sewage.

Now, this is one circular movement of scraper and slider with automatic operation way to load and compress garbage. Filler lifts and pusher extends and then retracts, and then filler descends and is locked finally. The whole process is smoothing, safe and reliable. To guaranty safety of operator in case oil pipe cracks after filler is lifted, hydraulic system is equipped safety valve, and lift cylinder assembly is equipped hydraulic lock. 

The movement of scraper and slider can be operated by button penal which is in side board of rear part of filler automatically or manually with electricity. Automatic operation can realize four working procedures which are scraper extending, slider going down, scraper retracting, slider going up to load and compress garbage continuously. Manual operation with electricity controls four working procedures to operate respectively. Buttons in cab can control filler lifting and descending, pusher extending and retracting, guarantying operator loads and dumps garbage in cab. Handle of hydraulic valve block in front part of container can pull and push manually to operate each working procedure. So choose one operation way in your convenience shows the concept of human-oriented fully in our design.      

Providing pressure squeeze board normal method,that is to say, when scraper moves to TDC (top dead center), the proportion of that extended line of normal of scraper midpoint is placed in length of container. This advanced design conception improves horizontal compressive force of scraper and slider and increase compression ratio. Load garbage first, you can use reverse mechanism such as metal pail, plastic pail or reverse hopper to load or labor to load. Then push one cycle button in side board of rear part of filler or operate with hydraulic handle in front part of container. Scraper extends, slide goes down, scraper crashes and compresses garbage, slider goes up to take garbage into container, Move circularly until container is full filled. Fuel pressure of hydraulic system is 16MP. Reaction force of slider cylinder reaches 25 ton force. Reaction force of scraper cylinder reaches 19 ton force. Scraper and slider made of high strength steel plate guaranty crash and compress garbage effectively. Comparing with the same type of internal garbage truck, for providing cylinder with larger bore, compression ratio is higher.

Then push pusher button on control penal in cab or operate with hydraulic handle in front part of container, pusher starts to push garbage. 28 ton force of pusher cylinder can push out all garbage from container one time completely. Pusher which provides sealed skeleton structure is free of deformation. Slider block of pusher which is made of cast steel is connected with bolt of track, so its easy to dismantle and repair. Finally, push filler button on control penal in cab or operate with hydraulic handle in front part of container, filler descends and is locked. The locking way between container and filler is simple and practical.

The important part of vehicle provides imported high strength steel plate, reducing curb weight and increasing rated load. Rib stiffener of container has sprayed rust-resistance primer before welding. Primary surface of container removes rust and processes phosphate treatment and then sprays rust-resistance bitumen primer. Final coating of container is sprayed two component PU (Poly Urethane Resin) paint. All assembly parts process sand blast, phosphate treatment and has sprayed epoxy primer, and are checked to ensure whether its adhesive force is more than 90%. So it will not rust after long time use, even it is exposed to the rain.
